Week #11 (11/4-11/8)
For the majority of this week, we analysed videos and then prepared for the TED Talk Festival. We did an activity where we watched a sample TED Talk and graded it on the rubric we used for the TED Talk Festival.
Week #12 (11/11-11/15)
We did not have school on Monday, and we spent Thursday and Friday running TEDxEBA.

Week #12 (11/11-11/15)

For the TED Talk presentation, you had to answer a self-selected question. Then you have to have a visual (poster, video, powerpoint, etc.) & present for 2-3 mins. Here is a reflection we did after the presentations, and an activity in taking collaborative notes. We also read Looking for Alaska.
To make up any of the work missed, see Ms. Morris. The majority of the work was in preparing the presentation, so as long as you present, you can get credit for what was done in class.
Week #13 (11/18-11/22)
Here is a document describing the video assignment and what we did in the lab on Tuesday and Thursday, 11/19 & 11/21. On Wednesday, 11/20, we did Genius Hour. All students were required to make something during the period that showed something they learned in this course first trimester. If you were absent, you can make this up by talking to Ms. Morris. On Friday, 1st and 2nd period watched make-up presentations and 3rd period worked on their video scripts.
